This will really help you in improving your overall performance on the court. You will also see a 2-on-2, 3-on-3 and 4-on-4 drills and these drills are taught because they are very helpful in teaching you the man-to-man principles that will eventually help make the Syracuse zone defense very powerful and dominating. A controlled 5-on-5 full court scrimmage will be result after the end of learning the man-to-man principles. In the 5-on-5 full court scrimmage both squads are exposed to a variety of half-court and full-court defenses.
