There are to different contact moves with the defender one is Wrist to Wrist, They will need to grab or bump the coaches arm when sitting in the chair.
They will also need to make hip to waste contact if the coach has his arm up.
The players go one at a time and if no contact is made with the person in the chair or the shot is missed its five push-ups.
Make sure they are making full contact and not brushing you.
