Zone Offense Concepts
This DVD from Lance Randall presents a unique strategy for attacking zone defenses. Randall uses anchors his interior players and uses the dribble to distort the zone. By anchoring his interior players Randall creates natural screens against the zone as well as rebounding opportunities. The high post anchor is taught to catch and face the basket and to attack in an attempt to create the odd-man advantages. The concepts are shown with a two-guard front versus a 2-3 zone and a 1-3-1 zone. Randall demonstrates the offense with a high post anchor with two lost post anchors and one low anchor and a baseline runner. Drills to teach the concepts are included in this on-court clinic DVD. Running Time: 65 Minutes. 2008.
