2020 Christmas Delivery
As of 12/15/20 we recommend choosing 2nd Day or Overnight delivery as there are many delays with regualar shipping methods. If there is a product on our site and there is no 2nd Day or Overnight option, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your needs.
Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products* can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
*DVDs can only be returned if unopened. We do offer limited exchanges on DVDs that have been opened. DVD exchanges are at our discretion.
* The IC3 Rebounder has a minimum restocking fee of 15%. We suggest keepking all packaging materials for 30 days in case you decide to return the unit.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom products are not returnable. If we make a mistake in the production of the item we will replace the product. We are not responsible for mistakes in these cases:
- Customer designs item online and submits order with incorrect color, spelling, size, poor quality graphics, etc.
- Customer approves a proof and item matches the approved proof but customer realizes there was a mistake after production already started or upon delivery.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- You contact us before sending back any item.
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging if you still have it
- The product has not been damaged

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping Items Returned
Some of our products are offered with "Free Shipping". If you return a product that has free shipping our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. "Free Shipping" only applies when you keep the item.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items are not refundable and all sales are final.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Refund Timeline
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to appear on your credit card statement. The length of time for the credit to appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles.

Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS (Most Orders)
UPS (Some heavier orders such as the IC3 rebounder)
FedEx (2nd Day and Overnight orders. Â Strength Shoes will ship via FEDEX).Â
Overnight & 2 Day Shipping
Overnight and 2 Day shipping orders must be placed by at least 3 PM CST Monday through Friday to go out same day. Â In the case that a product is shipped via a vendor partner, overnight and/or 2 Day shipping may not be available or might not ship the same day. Â Please contact us if you have a specific date you need to have a product delivered by.
Overnight* & 2 Day shipments do not offer weekend delivery. Â So if you place an overnight order on Friday you would not receive your order until Monday. Â
If you really need a package delivered on a Saturday, you can contact us to see if it is possible to get the order delivered. Â Any Saturday shipment would carry an additional fee of at least $18 in addition to the price listed on our website for Overnight shipping. Â All Overnight & 2 Day shipping rates listed in our checkout are for Monday through Friday delivery only. Â We do not quote FEDEX Saturday delivery rates on our site. Â Youi must contact us via phone, email, or chat for a quote.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.Â
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.Â
Back OrdersÂ
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.Â
