So you want to jump higher and probably dunk right? We can help you do just that. I know how bad most basketball players want to dunk. If you can't dunk you want to throw it down. If you can already throw it down you want to do it two handed or pull off even more advanced dunks. There are a lot of snake oil salesman out there when it comes to increasing your vertical jump. I've coached many players and trained for many years myself. I want you two remember a couple of things when it comes to increasing your vertical jump:
- If anyone tells you you can "instantly" increase your vertical jump by numerous inches they are a liar. P.T. Barnum once said "there is a sucker born every minute". Don't be a sucker and fall for marketing techniques like these. Any real trainer or coach worth a lick of salt will know this is just a marketing gimmick and not realistic.
- Improving your vertical jump and jumping as high as you possibly can takes time and hard work. You can improve your vertical jump dramatically in a 12 week program and you need to continue to train for years to keep your gains and improve your vertical jump.
- Some sites use players who can naturally jump very high to endorse their products. Those player's vertical jump didn't come from those products. They were just naturally gifted and are cashing in on their gift.
