The Weighted Agility Gloves (WAGs,) used and endorsed by Tim Grover, trainer to Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade and other pro athletes, is the only FINGER WEIGHTED glove designed to enhance finger, hand, wrist and forearm strength, speed, quickness, agility and dexterity. If you want to have the quickest cross-over dribble, strongest hands to rebound and control the basketball, and fastest hands on defensive to steal the ball, this is the product to enhance all those movements and any other hand movements on the basketball court. Along with the weights down every finger, the glove also has adjustable weights on the back of the hand. The glove can increase strength up to 40% and quickness up to 20%.
The WAG™ (Weighted Agility Gloves)
The WAGs are worn during the sport specific motion and there are over 50 drills that can be done with the gloves (Tim Grover highlights these drills in the WAG training video-sold separately.) Just as we have had plyometrics for the feet and “foot-work,” we now have plyometrics for the hands; “hand-work.” The WAGs are also used extensively in baseball, football, and 30 other sports.

| The WAG™ sizing is measure two ways by your actual hand size. One by length of middle finger and another by width of hand. The Men's gloves do run over sized, so please size accordingly (i.e. if you normally wear a men's large glove, you may wear a men's medium in the WAG™.) The gloves should fit snug, so when in doubt go with a smaller size. Women's are more true size. Youth sizes are the same for both boys and girls. To measure middle finger length, start at the break or bend at the very base of the palm and measure to tip of the middle finger (see illustration above.) To measure hand width start at outside of hand and measure to outside of thumb. Thumb should be perpendicular to middle finger making an "L" shape (see illustration above) for proper measurement. |
