Phase 1: Offense to Defense

Stopping the fast break is covered with 3 drills in Phase 1:

Phase 3 Defense to Offense

Defense to Offense covers transition offense and the fast break.

The DVD includes offenses for 8-10 year olds and players in the 11-14 age range. The 8-10 year old offenses focus on basic team fundamentals that will help them learn any offense they might have to learn at a later age. The 11-14 age range players should be taught a basic man and zone offense.
