Think you can handle 42s? 42s are 42 full speed sprints with the basketball that Jason used to play at the highest levels of basketball. Great point guards can put pressure on defenses by pushing the ball up the floor fast. Pushing the basketball fast also creates great shots for teammates. How many people do you know who will get in the gym every day and do 42 sprints with a basketball? You'll get in tremendous shape and greatly improve your transition handling of the basketball.
Jason features 7 different moves in 42s. You'll do a set of 6 sprints and then shoot free throws. Practice your free throws when you are tired. Jason breaks down each move so you know how to do it and also the when and why you would use each dribble in a game situation.
POINT GUARD FINISHING MOVES
Jason teaches you the essential 9 finishes every point guard should be able to do. Point guards must be able to put pressure on the defense AND be able to finish the play. The two types of finishes Jason covers are Speed and Power finishes. If you are going to be a great finisher as a point guard, you must be able to finish over players who are much bigger than you and Jason will give you various ways to do just that.
