Jump Rope Basketball

Ganon starts with the basics of passing the basketball. He covers Stance, Release, Vs. Pressure, and Reading the Defense. ABT DVDs feature on screen graphics that aid in learning advanced techniques.

Weak Hand Basketball

Ganon starts with the basics passes for the Preps. Some of the basic drills are stationary but Ganon will soon have you moving and working on your passing skills. Most passes in basketball games involve pivoting, passing off the dribble, or faking. This section of the DVD will give you the solid foundation to have a complete passing arsenal that you will use at any level of basketball.

Basketball Driving Drills

The Preps section also contains drills named after two of the best passers in the Pros - Steve Nash and Jason Kidd. Both of those players can thread the needle and make their teammates better by doing so. Working on your passing skills will not only make you better but will make your team better.

The Pros section of the DVD will challenge any basketball player even if they are a Pro. You'll need a second basketball to do most of the drills in this section. Get ready to take your eye hand coordination to another level.
