This workout focuses on improving your quickness through a series of cutting edge basketball-specific agility and reaction drills. This program was developed by internationally renowned performance specialist Alan Stein. Coach Stein is the owner of Stronger Team and the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the DeMatha Catholic High School basketball program. He has over a decade's worth of valuable experience in working with high school and college All-Americans and NBA players.
