The Mid-Range moves put it all together. The first part of the DVD focuses on footwork drills and then Michael shows you how to make use of those drills when practicing your moves from the mid-range.

Post players should learn to face up at the basket and not just be back to the basket players. Buy the DVD and develop multiple "Go To" moves in the mid-post and the post.

All the drills can be done individually or as a team. Coaches can line up players across the court and do the workout with 20 or more players at a time.
