Free throws aren't always the most exciting topic but with our professional presentation we've made it more exciting.	Jay covers the proper mechanics of shooting first. Getting the proper mechanics down through form shooting is a must if you are going to become a great free throw shooter. You must be properly aligned when shooting a free throw to give yourself the greatest chance of making every free throw. Jay will show you how to line up dead center in relation to the basket. This will give you the greatest amount of error possible and still make the shot. If you don't line up correctly you won't make as many free throws as you should.

Practice free throws with your eyes closed? If you follow Jay's teaching points and drills you will too make free throws with your eyes closed. If you can make them in practice with your eyes closed, making them in a game will be easy - with your eyes open.	Jay will give you various practice games you can play. Take 10 minutes a day to play several of the games and drills and you'll see great results in games.

How do players block out the screaming fans, the signs, posters, and all the other distractions when shooting free throws? Jay will give you a mental technique that will help you relax and block everything else out. All you will focus on is shooting the free throw.	You must come up with a ritual before each shot. Shooting every free throw the same way will build your muscle memory and allow you to become a robot when shooting free throws.
