The All-American Junior High Workout is a 50-60 minute comprehensive workout designed for the serious junior high basketball player. This workout will improve your dribbling, passing, shooting, and offensive moves in less than an hour. Many young players do not know how to efficiently practice and this comprehensive workout will teach them how to workout.
Featuring Hoops King's Coach Chris from the Daddy Daughter/Father Son Workout, this workout takes your junior high child's workout to the next level. This workout is designed to be done with a parent or partner to provide contact to make the drills more game-like. If your child can learn to play through contact they will move ahead of most other players who do not practice against contact. The workout can be done individually without the contact too.

DRIBBLING
This workout is fast moving and doesn't waste time. You can get a great workout in just 50-60 minutes.
Using contact during dribbling simulates the games where you play against that super aggressive defender. Contact also forces the player to play on balance.
PASSING
The passing drills in the workout are game-like. From contact applied to passing off the dribble, you can get a lot of game-like passing done in just a few minutes.
FINISHING & OFFENSIVE MOVES
More contact! Practicing against contact will help your child get tougher, stronger, and get ahead of most other players. They will learn to be aggressive even against the best pressure defense.
The 1 Bounce Attacks focuses on beating your defender with various dribble moves, getting low, playing in straight lines, and finishing at the basket.
SHOOTING
All of the Shooting drills are game-like and the first drills are done against the clock in 1 minute increments. Go hard shooting game shots, from game spots, at game speed for 1minute, then shoot free throws when you are tired. This also gives you a chance to catch your breath.
You will get in between 200-250 shots in about 25 minutes in this workout. Shooting off the catch and shooting off the dribble are both covered. You'll shoot free throws in between which will get you around 25 free throws (when you are tired) during the workout.
Coach Chris explains each drill and points out many teaching points during the workout. You will be ready to take your child, player, or team through the workout and make sure everything is done correctly.
You can print a complete workout chart off to take with you.
Also included is a shooting chart to record your shooting workout makes and misses.
