Shipping Rates
To determine the cost of shipping for an order, please place all the items you want to order in the shopping cart. You can then get a shipping quote and available shipping methods listed. You will not have to enter any personal information nor credit card number to get the shipping costs of your cart.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. We ship standard delivery orders Monday through Friday and most Saturdays. Standard shipping is through the US Post Office with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days.
FEDEX 2nd Day and Overnight delivery is business days (M-F) only. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery through FEDEX Express. We ship all 2nd Day and Overnight orders the same day if received by 3:30 PM CST. If you place your order after 3:30 CST on Friday it will not ship until Monday.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we contact you regarding the address and return shipment. If you incorrectly enter your address it may be necessary to pay a shipping charge for reshipment.
Why would my package be undeliverable?
Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address. The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address for your HoopsKing.com orders with the exception of FEDEX 2Day and Overnight services. All orders with "PO BOX" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail. Also, if you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forwards first-class mail and magazines, and does not forward packages.
Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Tracking Your Package
If you provide a valid email address for your order, you will receive a shipping notification that will contain tracking information. Keeping that shipping confirmation email is the easiest way to track your package. If you do not receive this email please check any spam or junk email folders you may have. You call also call or email us if you do not receive the shipping notification.
Standard shipment orders are sent through the Post Office and do not offer as much tracking information as a 2nd Day or Overnight delivery. With shipments sent through the Post Office you might not get any tracking information until delivery has been made or attempted.
If you do not have your shipping notification email, you may log in to your account, click Order Tracking and the corresponding order # you wish to check for the tracking # of your shipment.
