Placing Your First Order

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day 7 days week. Phone orders may also be place 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling 877-569-2508. We also accept orders through the mail. If you provide an email address when ordering, you will get a confirmation of the order and a shipping notification. Please check the confirmation to make sure everything is correct. When ordering online, you will get an email confirmation almost immediately upon completion of the order.

Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards:

• Mastercard
• Visa
• Discover
• American Express

We also accept payment through Google Checkout. Orders by mail may be paid with a credit card, check, or money order. No wire transfers or COD.

International Orders

We accept orders outside the USA through our store via the following steps.

1. Place the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart.
2. Add the last item and you will see all the items your cart contains.
3. Click the Google Checkout button to pay with a credit card.
4. Select the International Non-USA shipping method for the correct shipping method. If you do not select International Non-USA we will have to invoice via Google Checkout for the additional cost. This will slow down the processing of your order.
5. We do accept money orders in USA funds if you wish to mail your order. All payments sent by mail will be verified by our bank for authenticity.
6. We cannot take your order over the phone.
7. You may also place an order at our Amazon.com shop but some of the special offers and discounts on items are unavailable at our Amazon.com store.

Ordering by Mail

Please download and print out a Mail Order form. When filling out the order form, select "Pay by check or money order" as the payment option. Use the shipping table on the order form to calculate shipping costs.  Please calculate shipping costs correctly so your order will not be delayed once we receive it.

International customers may mail a money order in US funds. Please verify shipping costs before via email before mailing an International order.

Please be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number on the order form so we may contact you if there is any question about the order.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be ordered in any amount between $10.00 and $200.00. They can be delivered via either e-mail or physical mail (USA only), and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them personalized and sent directly to the recipient, or you may have them sent to yourself, for you to present in person.

We can accept only credit cards as payment for orders of gift certificates.

Buying a gift certificate is easy:

• Go to our gift certificates page.

• Use the drop-down menu in the "Gift Certificate Type?" box to order the type of gift certificate you prefer: e-mail or paper.

• If sending an e-mail gift certificate enter the recipient's e-mail address. Please double check for accuracy.

• You may enter a message to your recipient in the Custom Message box.

• When you've made your selection, click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button.

Purchase Orders

Hoops King.com does accept payment by purchase orders for U.S.A. schools and government agencies.  Purchase orders can be faxed to 877-569-2508.  If you have a question about placing an order with a Purchase Order please call Chris at 641-751-2617.
