The 1-4 high attack shown in this video can be used against the 2-3, 1-2-2, and 3-2 zone defenses. The attack uses the short corner and high post to create spacing and constant cutting from different perimeter positions and screening action to make it difficult to defend. Coach Kowalczyk also shows different entries and plays that can be run to get into the offense and keep the defense off balance. The video finishes with a shooting drill for perimeter players.
